Stowe Health currently offers one subscription plan, Stowe Individual, which may be billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is shown in the app before purchase.

• Secure storage of health and wellness related documents, images, notes, and voice notes. Such records can be uploaded or captured directly within the app, or forwarded to the app via secure email.
• Organization and tagging of records by category, date, or care provider.
• Reminders that you create and manage.

Stowe Health is delivered through mobile apps for iOS and Android. Your data is stored in Canada on Amazon Web Services Canadian data centres. Some features use third-party service providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• iOS 16.4 or later, or Android 7.0 or later
• An internet connection to upload, sync or access records
• A valid email address to create an account

• Account holders must be 18 or older and resident in Canada outside of the province of Quebec

• Storage: Individual files are limited to 10 MB or 50 pages
• Supported file types: Documents: PDF (.pdf), Word (.docx), plain text (.txt), JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg), PNG (.png), and CSV (.csv)

Stowe is available in all Canadian provinces and territories with the exception of Quebec.

• Stowe Health is a personal health records tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Stowe Health is not connected to your healthcare providers' systems. Records are only as complete as what you upload.
• Stowe Health is not intended for emergencies.
• Stowe Health is only for your own records. Do not upload or import files for any other individual onto your profile.

We may update this Service Description from time to time. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be made in accordance with section 11.7 of the Terms and Conditions.
